Established in 1995, Estill is a leading management consulting firm specialising in community consultation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and public sector management including infrastructure planning and policy,

Estill is run by the Managing Director, Linton Pike and operates totally independently from any other controlling interests or private operating constraints.

We have an extensive history in the planning, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects. We understand and have worked in and with project teams in establishing a strong collaborative basis for the delivery of major projects. Stakeholder engagement, liaison, consultation and facilitation are all primary functions of our business.

  • Joint winner of the Planning Institute of Australia’s Community Based Planning Excellence Award for the Melville Dialogue Project 2006;
  • Estill also designed and implemented the community consultation process for the Mitchell Freeway Extension, a project which won the IAP2 Australasia Core Values Award for Public Participation Enhanced Decision Making in 2007
  • The IAP2 Core Value Awards 2011 – Project of the Year for South Metro Connect project and planning of the Roe Highway Extension.
